Type of Data

The types of information that we may process include name, password, postal address, contact details, email address, phone number, payment method data, photos, choices of interests, fields of work, data of the organization/company you represent and any other information that you choose to provide. 

In addition, this may include order / booking data (e.g. payment orders), data from the fulfilment of our contractual obligation (e.g. insurance details), advertising and documentation data (e.g. browser records), register data, image and sound data (e.g. telephone recordings), information from your electronic communication with us (e.g. cookies) as well as data for compliance with legal requirements.

Log information include type of your browser; time, duration and frequency of your access; platform pages viewed; your IP address; and the page you visited before visiting our platform. Device information include hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

We are processing the information and data primarily as necessity to administrate and manage our business relationship including all activities required for its operation and management and provide you with the service. Thus, our legal basis for processing the information described above will depend on the type of information and the specific context in which we collect it.

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act for the purposes and on the legal basis as outlined here. We process information about you to provide our services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, for example to allow you to join our platform, or to display your profile to other members, and to allow us to send you important service updates, either on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to process information about you pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, or may otherwise need the information to protect your vital interests or those of another person pursuant to Article 6(1)(d) GDPR. Data Retention/ Data Storage Periods

We processes your data until the end of our business relationship (from the initiation, performance until the termination of the contract) or till the end of the legally required retention period or other legal safe-keeping and documentation obligation, e.g. under the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and the Austrian Federal Fiscal Act (BAO). The statutory limitation periods – in some cases up to 30 years – according to the Austrian General Civil Code (ABGB) must be taken into consideration for the data storage period.

We do not allow persons, who are ages eighteen or younger to become members of this site or use the platform.


In addition to the processing above, we run statistics system that does not process any personal data.

Editing or Deleting Your Account Information

We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your account by signing into your account. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting us. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted.
